I'm not sure how this company received so many positive ratings due to my personal experience. I signed a retainer in September 2016 and paid $7990 to terminate the contract for two time shares. Over this time period nothing has been done. I receive continuous phone calls from the time share companies demanding their money which USCA promise would not happen. I also receive bills and demand for payments which is not suppose to happen. My credit history has been seriously damaged as well as my wife since we both are on the contract. As per the retainer agreement USCA is suppose to keep me informed every 60 to 120 days of all the progress and any final resolution with the time share. I never hear from them. I have written USCA several times requesting information and attach a copy of billing statements and final notices from time shares but USCA never respond to my letters. The only time I talk to someone from USCA is when I call their office and inquire what is going and express my frustration. I get many promises but no action. A few weeks ago I call CSCA after receiving a letter of foreclosure, I asked the person on the phone what were they going to do about this. His reply amazed me. He indicated if they didn't listen to them I was on my own to work something out with the timeshare. What did I need to pay USCA for? I receive on average two or more phone calls per day from the time share company. USCA promise that would not happen. Nothing that they has promise has been the truth. I would never recommend this company to anyone. In about 40 days the retainer agreement will expire with USCA and I will demand they return my money if both contracts are not terminate in accordance with the agreement .
