Referred by my patent lawyer. Here it is:nExtremely predatory license offered.nI pay $3000 up front. They produce a digital prototype and show to stores. (Stores don't like digital images, they want to see the real thing). IF they get an order, then (and only then) will they pony up the allusive $200,00 to manufacture, market your product for 90% of the proceeds.nHow many times do you think they take the $3,000 and pony up the $200,000nDidn't sign, didn't pay. Clued in my lawyer (kick backs can ruin your reputation and business).nBest thing I ever did was running the other way.....
