I am very pleased with the amazing work that Paul and Lisa have done for my business! Paul was recommended to me by a friend, who had previously worked with Paul to create and launch her own book, which became a #1 best seller on Amazon through Paul’s knowledge and expertise around online marketing! Although I originally reached out to Paul with help creating a promotional video, he went above and beyond to help me prepare for the launch of my business, as when it came time to upload the video to my website, we discovered that I had made the mistake of building my original website on the incorrect platform, which meant that plug-ins were not supported and there were several other issues that I was not aware of. I am so very grateful for the additional hours of work that Paul then put into my website, redeveloping it on a new platform so that it was flexible to work with. Paul also corrected all other SEO issues that my original website was having and the result was so much more than the project I had originally asked him to do! I now have an absolutely amazing website, with full functionality, flexibility and have received so many compliments from my audience about how much they love my website and promotional video! I was also grateful for how quickly Paul completed everything that needed to be done before the launch of my business, and he was always quick to reply any time I had a question or requested extra changes. Nothing was too much trouble to do and he had a solution for everything! It was very clear how extensive his knowledge around online marketing is and it was clearly evident in the results he provided for my business! I am now continuing to work with Paul on a second project for our business, being the development of another website, and am also looking forward to working with Paul again in the future to create a publish my own book. I am also grateful for the help Lisa provided throughout the process. She provided some brilliant ideas that improved the quality of the script we created for my promotional video, which made it much more relatable to my target audience and I was very happy with how well it reflected the vision and mission of my business! Victor, you are more talented at creating fiction than you will ever be at creating beats. If anything you said above had any validity or truth to it, then tell me why the court officer that sat for your smalls claims hearing on January 26th, 2017, dismissed the case against us?
I made the mistake of taking you on as a client to create an e-commerce website to sell your beats on. I gave you a greatly reduced price as I bought the starving foreign student story and felt that the back end revenue with continued digital marketing services made it worth my while. I was mistaken.
The affiliate and membership pages were created after the site was launched and was being developed for the ongoing maintenance and marketing plan that was to commence in July 2016.This was suspended in mid-June 2016 when you advised me that you were having difficulty getting money sent to you from Nigeria. So if you were not able to pay our fee to continue with ongoing marketing, why would I continue to develop it. The membership and affiliate program was not a part of the original scope of work.
I took screen shots of two affiliates that successfully signed up. I have screen shots of successful membership signups. I have screenshots of successful sales of your beats. You mentioned in other defamatory reviews that I created a coupon code to buy a beat worth $79.99 for $2. And yes I did do that with you sitting beside me in my kitchen. If you recall, this was done to test not only your shopping cart and payment processor, but also to make sure the download limits worked. If memory serves me correct, you were pleased with the results and you still haven't refunded the two bucks to me. I think I can overlook that, it appears you need it more than I do.
Now as for making me an admin for your Facebook account. Yes, I asked you to do that. The purpose of which was to create and setup the Facebook marketing pixel on your website so you can track traffic to your site and take advantage Facebook's user demographic resources so we can target traffic to your site to sell more beats. Again you were there when you made me an admin, and I Advised you at that time you can remove me as an admin at any time, which you did.
Initially, the only admin account was you, linked to your personal Gmail account. This is critical as WordPress attributes authorship to all content. I created an admin account for both myself and your girlfriend while you both were sitting in my kitchen. This was done with your permission as well. And since we are all admins, we all could delete the accounts of other admins, which you did with my admin account.
I love the fact that you believe I installed malware on your site. It shows me how ignorant you are. When you got that message I immediately had your website scanned at securi.net. I also had the host, 100% Helpdesk scan your site from Malware. Both scans came up clean. I have an email that indicated your IP address was temporarily blocked. This typically happens when you try to mess around on the server or too many failed logins. It is a security feature.
When we started this Victor you told me you have just the domain name registered but no hosting account set up. I offered to provide that for you free of charge for one year with 100 Percent Helpdesk, whom I am both a client and reseller for. The invoice did not reflect it as you were not charged for this. When you files exceeded your allotted storage and your website was overusing resources due to the immense amount of traffic you were receiving, I had it upgraded at my expense for you.
You called me up in early August to get the access to your CPanel. I immediately emailed it to you. I had no problem doing that for you. Shortly after that, I get an email from your host advising me your file size had doubled from a backup and all their resources were being used when you attempted to download your files. Since it prevented them from backing up the other sites on their server, they stopped your download.
After that Victor, well quite frankly you became a client from Hell. I have been harassed and hassled by you since August of 2016. I have to say you were quite creative. Putting up the defamatory reviews not only from yourself and your girlfriend but fake reviews from friends real and invisible that have never done business with us to also libel us with malicious intent.
The funniest was when you sent the police to my door claiming I issued death threats against you. You are half my age, healthier and stronger than I am with military training from your service in Nigeria. If anyone should be living fear it would be me. You have actually shot people or so you said.
Victor you managed to get your chargeback simply because PayPal's seller protection does not apply to services. You got your money back. It appears you need it more than I do. Since your small claims case was dismissed, I no longer need the files for evidence and will be deleted.

I paid this man to build me a website with all specifications given to him but after all agreed upon he then never got back to me, my money was later recovered by force!! I will never recommend them to anybody!
Laura i do not have a recollection of ever doing business with you. Could it be possible you are a fake profile created by Victor Kuren to defame us further now that he has successfully stolen our source code.
