RR Custom

We chose R.R. Custom exteriors from a list of service providers referred by Service Magic . They were not the lowest bidders for the project of the seven bids we received. This is without a doubt the best experience we have ever had with regard to selecting a contractor to work in our home in 40 years! The work ethic demonstrated by Rob and Rhett was outstanding. They were here every morning at 8:30 and when they walked on site the work started, no hanging around discussing things! If it was pouring down rain, they were out there working in it! The quality of their work was as good as it gets and if we asked for additional items they were taken care of. Sub contractors arranged for by Rob and Rhett demonstrated the same work ethic. They came when they were supposed to, performed their speciality cleaned up any mess they made, and left. The payment schedule was basically a "pay as you go " system. We made a small down payment and then paid the appropriate amount as each phase was completed. Everyone associated with this project was well groomed - as well groomed as you can be while performing the work they were performing- and at no time was there any course language used . When they finished the job they cleaned up and took away any mess that may have been created during the couse of the project and each phase of the work, from the holes dug for the footing to the framing and roofing was inspected by a city inspector. I plan to have additional work done in the future and as I told Rob, there won't be any bid procedure for those jobs! R.R.Custom Interiors is my contractor for anything that needs doing! The other bidders referred by Service Magic presented themselves well and I'm sure would have done a good job but we were impressed with the presentation by R.R.Custom exteriors. I absolutely, without reservations, recommend R.R.Custom Exteriors to anyone interested in quality performance.

Amazing! They did a full kitchen remodel for us in addition to replacing all of our flooring on the first level of our home. They also installed double french doors and did a lot of other work on our main floor. They were very easy to work with. They gave us great ideas about how to do a remodel. They stayed within our tight budget but went way beyond what was expected of them. They were prompt every single day on the job. They were efficient and made the most of there time here. They gave us plenty of notice when each phase of the project would be done so we could prepare for it. They were trustworthy and we felt comfortable coming and going into our home on their own. We would definitely use them again and we give them the highest recommendation. We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have them as our contractors. Miss seeing their faces around the house.

R&R came in with a vision for my backyard and then made it a reality that went far beyond my expectations! They treated me with nothing but the highest respect. Additionally, they didn?t just give me references they drove me to several of their previous client?s work and it was very impressive. RR Custom Exteriors replaced a deck for me in November, 2007. They submitted a design and proposal that met my objectives and budget. Their recommendations for a trellis and lattice work was very well done. They worked through inclement weather and through a weekend to meet my desired schedule. Quality of materials and workmanship was very good. I am very satisfied and look forward to enjoying the deck this coming summer.

We hired Rob after getting estimates from four contractors. We liked his professional answers and suggestions to our questions. His bid was fair an in line with others that we had. We had him tear out our old deck and build a new one to replace it. We were extremely happy with his work and love the new deck. He did a fantastic job. Rob did a great job on my kitchen. I had a new per go laminated floor put down and it looks great and so easy to clean. He also hooked up a microwave, oven and dishwasher. We also had new granite counter tops and they are beautiful. He did a great job! Thanks!

We had R.R. Custom Exteriors complete a re-do on a large elevated deck. The team showed up when expected, were easy to work with, and cleaned up the workspace each day. The quality of their work was excellent and the cost came in as they had bid. We were very pleased with the experience and would not hesitate to use them again on a project.

They came in under budget and under the time they said they would be done. They were fantastic about making sure they were cleaned up at the end of the day and did a great job having the job site cleaned up after they finished. Rhett was very helpful and came up with a wonderful plan to fix our deck that was falling down and keep to our budget.

Rob and his crew tore out our old deck and replaced it. The company arrives on time, is courteous, professional and tidy. They work hard and do excellent work. Their pricing is very competitive but their attention to detail and craftsmanship put them ahead of the other contractors we estimated with.

I called 12 contractors to start getting estimates and Rob was the only one who answered and followed through. Not one other contractor answered. Two called me back. One gave me a loose high estimate and when I asked for a breakdown he never called me back. The only other person who showed interest in the job seemed like a flake. Rob showed up with a structural engineer and was very sure of himself. I was having a 20 by 24 foot room added the rear lower level of my house. We were also having the Kitchen torn out and remodeled. Rob had the excavation done between Christmas and New year’s. Then started the framing right after new year’s. Rob and his crew Grady and Ramone were not only great workers but were enjoyable to have around to harass. After they got started they worked straight through for around 5 or 6 weeks without any days off. The rough in was completed in record time. Rob's scheduling of the sub contractors was amazing he had people all over the place and it was very organized. All the inspections passed and were in our new addition and loving it. The kitchen is awesome and we love our new living room too. I was so glad that it wasn't the kind of experience I heard about through the years where you have to call the contractor to see where they are every day. My wife was also very impressed with the quality of the work. I would use Rob again without hesitation.

Rob and his team built a roof structure over our deck. The end result was much better than we had expected. Rob obviously takes pride in his work. He is honest and easy to work with. His team is always courteous and professional. A good experience, and a great end product.

Rob clearly laid out the job and what we could expect and delivered. Very particular on the details, actually tearing out tile they were not happy with and re-tiled to make sure it was perfect. Rhett put in many extra hours to make sure everything was just right. Our master bath is now amazing! Would not hesitate for a second to hire these guys for any job. Extremely happy!
