im a 30 yr old female desk worker, first time in an accident and i brought my claim to this poor excuse for a shop with great disappointment. first of all they didnt have a courtesy car for me (apperently they only have 2) so i had to wait 2 weeks before i cud even bring my car in. once i finally got my car in the shop they informed me that it wud take 1-3 weeks for parts, shouldnt shops have their parts ordered before the customer brings the car in? just a thought. so after a long 3 week wait driving around in their smelly courtesy car (actually; it didnt appear to have been cleaned for a long time) i received a call that my car was ready to be picked up. once i got their i was waiting for another 2 hrs while they "tied up a few lose ends" finally received they keys to my car and upon review of the repair i noticed sunken scratches where the repair was made it looks like they just painted over them its was terrible! the interior was covered in dust (which was not there when i dropped it off)and my hood was not sitting straight. the only plus side i can think of is that they kept me informed during this long and disappointing process, which tho it was convenient i hang up the phone upset everytime. i would not recommend this shop to anyone.
