Upon arrival, the front desk staff were welcoming and attentive. The overall atmosphere was laid back and yet still very professional and sophisticated. I was not surprised to find the same qualities in the remaining staff I was introduced to.

Frain Industries – Misleading Sales & Zero Accountability

I purchased a labeler from Frain Industries for around $70,000, trusting their description and even the video they posted, which stated the machine could label small cans up to gallon cans. This was completely false. After setting up the machine, I discovered it could only label 1-gallon to 5-gallon containers through the direct manufacture—a huge difference from what was advertised. I had only been using this to label 1 gal cans for a while until one day I needed to run smaller cans. Unfortunately I made this discovery a long while after my purchase.

When I reached out to them with proof, including their own description and video, they refused to take any responsibility—no refund, no exchange, not even a discount to purchase the correct machine.

This company is not to be trusted. If you’re considering purchasing from Frain Industries, be warned: they do not stand behind their sales and will manipulate information to avoid accountability. Avoid at all costs!

Had the pleasure of taking a tour of the highly impressive, clean and organized facility. Everyone I spoke with from the Frain team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My visit to Frain was shorter than preferred due to the holiday season, but even that amount of time was plenty for incredibly impressed with this facility.
