In 2014, I purchased in 1879 Victorian that had been empty for years. Inside and out, pretty much everything had to be pulled out and replaced. A lot of people thought I was crazy to buy it because of all the work that needed to be done.
I am so very happy that I hired Rainey Construction LLC to do this work. Shawn and his crew did top quality work for me. Crumbling plaster was removed and beautiful smooth sheetrock walls built and painted, subflooring wasleveled and installed and tile and carpet laid, electrical and plumbing work was done to bring everything up to code--and all was done with top quality materials and exactly as I requested. He brought in subcontractors who did fantastic work in the areas that needed specialization and everything was completed neatly and cleaned up afterwards.
