They had my claim for a month and my car is going on two plus weeks. No one bothered to call me about status updates and delays in the repairs. I asked for a courtesy car from them. They directed me to use Enterprise. Useless car eats gas worst than my v-6. It's a V-4. No idea when my car will be ready. Got told on Friday it will be ready Monday. No calls at all. I called in and front desk girl has no idea who I am or what the status is of me vehicle. Connected to the repair guy on Friday who said it was a door handle and it would be ready. I called today, Tuesday and still no idea when my car will be fixed. Worst service ever. Another shop told me it would have been fixed in a week. Informed the shop my claim was there for a month and they changed the fix time to 3 days to 7 days maximum. Manager has no clue, neither does the body shop guy. Now they say the glass was defective. Awesome. Lousy service for sure, even lousier excuses as to when my car will be ready. The courtesy car is such a pig I maybe drive it 130 km in two weeks. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE.
