Very poor workmanship. Has no employees nor subcontractors. Unable to meet deadlines. Took 20K of my money and 5K in unauthorized charges on my Lowes card. Scrambles to find subs on Craigslist. Then does not pay them. Took 7 months for him to pay the subs that I have him money for.
