Stay Away ... New Patient, Very Disappointed.
Poor Quality, Poor Hygiene (no masks required). I went in for an evaluation on the next phase of dentures.
Brought all necessary documentation including x-rays. Explained I was not a candidate for implants as I didn't have enough bone.
Dentist broke my upper denture when mishandling and dropped on the floor. Attempted to repair it.????? Took additional unnecessary x-rays and charged for them before I left the office.
Free Evaluation ended up costing over $300. I'm 74 yo and on a fixed income. Charging for unnecessary x-rays is a scam used by "Unscrupulous Dentists" to charge for their "FREE INTRODUCTORY EVALUATION"
Asked for fee to be returned for x-rays I didn't order. They responded with a "Pompous Letter"
