Brought my SUV in for a new rear tail light. Jose priced out the best option for me, found me an amazing deal on a good used part. When the part arrived, he did the work. He stayed true to his original quote and didn't charge me for some extra touchups I asked him for on the spot! This man deserved the reputation he and his staff have earned for honest, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service. Totally recommend LIMA'S BODY & PAINT SHOP.

i have just returned from taking my "hard to service because parts are hard to get" rare 1998 Suzuki model - two seater. Most shops only try to send me away. Jose was fantastic. "We will get it done and make it work". His estimate is far below other local shops and you can see by his work done on other cars there, it is excellent quality. It is obvious that, Jose really takes pride in his work and how he treats his customers. Two thumbs way up!

Joe is a very good and honest businessman. He runs a great body shop and goes over and above what is needed for customers. I will be recommending his services for all my friends and contacts.

In a world of 5 star reviews, I wanted to make mine 4 because Lima's isn't perfect and I want you to know that right off the bat.
That said, it's still a fantastic place.

My critique is that he's super busy, and seems to have a little bit of trouble with administrative tasks; booking appointments, calling back, etc.

That said, once you do get connected, he is SOLID. He's kind and straightforward, and will do a *fantastic* job with your car. He even goes out of his way to get you the best deal, be it with parts manufacturers or getting the most out of your ICBC claim. And actually working on the car, he does the job and goes the extra mile - doing extra cleaning here and there, and he even hammered out a dent he noticed for no additional cost.

Jose is a great guy, and is absolutely worth the trouble of actually getting connected. ;)

Excellent service, and beautiful work done on our old Volvo. Very reasonable price, very fast service and lovely customer service. Really, don't look anywhere else if you need auto body work done these are your guys.

Lima's just removed some small but noticeable scratches from my Highlander. They did a good job for a reasonable price. No attempts to upsell me to repaint the doors. Just a good sensible polishing and touch-up job at a very reasonable price.

my bmw had a few paint chips and Joe offered me some options on fixing it. We decided that the best option was just to brush touch up it and Joe did it for free! Talk about top of the line customer service, if you want that WOW factor, come see Joe and his team. I will definitely be coming back if I need any auto body work.

I had some minor scratches on my bmw that took off the paint. Joe gave me a few options on a fix and he offerred to brush paint the scratch for free! If you're looking for customer experience with that WOW factor then joe and his team is the place for auto body repair.

I called lima's with a car door that wouldn't close and a smashed window. Jose actually came out to my house, fixed the door enough that I could get in and drive it and I followed him back to his shop. This saved me the wait and expense of a tow. Then he gave me the number to call icbc claims and while I was on the phone with them, he tracked down a used car door window for sixty five dollars a.nd arranged to have it delivered to his shop from sooke for the next morning. While I was talking to icbc he got on the phone also to help clarify things I couldn't understand. He made the whole process easy for me from start to finish. Then he gave me a ride home. He fixed my car door for less than the 300 dollar deductible and I had my car back within twenty four hours. Jose cares about his customers and his level of service made what would have been for me a complicated and time consuming problem a breeze. I highly recommend Jose and Lima's auto body shop. Thanks Jose!

i DON'T HAVE A LOT OF EXPERIENCE WITH AUTO-BODY REPAIR SHOPS, BUT THIS WAS A VERY PLEASANT AND PERSONAL ONE.
WHEN THE CAR WAS RETURNED IT WAS COMPLETELY CLEAN AND SHINY.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

My Honda Accord was losing the paint off its roof...pretty poor show for Honda..Eh? Jose looked it over and we agreed a fair price....much more reasonable than other quotes....I was thrilled with the result...I would recommend this outfit and when I need them I will use this shop again.....Thanks Jose!!!

Jose and his staff did a really nice job repairing and painting our 2005 Prius. He gave us a good price on the door panel and found a good used original toyota mirror for much cheaper than we expected. He also repainted the front bumper which had some scrapes on it for a small additional charge. 3 months later the body work and paint still look great. We highly recommend Jose and his staff. I have been dealing with Jose for many years and recommend his shop whenever I hear someone's vehicle needs body work. He and his staff have given me such excellent service - would not think of going elsewhere. Jose is so professional!! The extra care he and his staff offer is wonderful. It is super to take one's vehicle in for repairs and know a great job wil be done as my trust in Jose and staff is 100%.

I took my second car (Toyota) to Lima's Autobody because he did such a great job on my first car (Jaguar). I was not disappointed! The work done (on the bumper) was first class and he found damage which didn't even show externally (showed me the photos). When I picked uop the car both exterior and interior were spotless. This is the only autobody shop I will go to when needed. Jose is very personable and takes pride in his work. Great "old fashioned" service rarely found these days. Thanks,Jose.

While backing up, my truck gave a post a "kiss". The right rear quarter panel was badly creased & the brake light lens was scuffed.

When Jose and his crew finished, the truck looked like it had come off the dealer's lot - the repair work is superb! Jose was able to polish the scuff and scratches out of the brake light lens and buffed out scratches on the door caused by pets.

From the beginning, Jose ensurded I understood what needed to be done, how he was going to do it and when it would be finished. The service was excellent.

I highly recommend Lima Autobody.
