I recently traded in my vehicle for a new 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and the service that I got from everyone I met especially from Heinrich Zahn was second to none. He made this process very easy as I am living 8 hours away. It took only a couple hours to get everything signed and I was out the door with my new Jeep.

I highly recommend this dealership as they are there for your best interests, they're very easy to deal with and to get the deal done.

It was my first visit to Varsity Chrysler after a friend recommended going there. I usually get any work on my
truck done at various places in Airdrie since it close to home. So let me tell you about my first visit to Varsity
Chrysler service. When i pulled into the big drive thru doors I was greeted by Alex Rosas (sorry to Alex if I spelled his last name wrong). He asked my name, looked it up in the computer and saw that it was my first
visit to Varsity. He welcomed me like i was a part of the family, like he's known me all his life. I was in shock,
it was a great feeling being treated like family at a dealership. Alex then introduced me to the service manager a Chris Robertson; Chris came out of his office introduced himself and talked with me for about five minutes. Chris showed me around and i was so impressed by his positive attitude that it was overwhelming. Everyone was so friendly, from the first person I met Alex to the people in the cash office when I paid. For such a busy place its nice to see that everyone who works at Varsity Chrysler takes the time to make you feel welcome as not only a client but as a friend. Cheers to Varsity.

My car had problems with sensors and I called many times I was told it's due to the weather but I suggested booking an appointment to have a look. I was booked for 7:15am and needed shuttle to work. I waited and waited in the line just to get it in their service garage. All other dealers you just go park your car and give your key, THAT SIMPLE. Afternoon I waited for someone to call me once fixed, NO ONE CALLED. I called at 4:30 and it WASN'T FIXED. I had to leave work at 4:30. The driver called at 4:45 when I had requested for 4:30 saying he can't pick me up till later. So I had to get someone to drive me there. I waited for an hour for them to fix it and at 5:30 the lady at the desk said it was done. When I turned my car on, STILL NOT FIXED. I called the dealer and was told we have to change your tire sensors. On my second appointment, SAME BAD SERVICE. I took my car in service garage and just 2 mins before 7:30 I told one of guys there I need the shuttle to work and he said they left just now. I said I start work at 8 and he said we will do something once you hand-in your keys! The guy who took my keys said the shuttle took someone once back he will take you and you know what I waited for ONE HOUR for their shuttle and then went to their desk. GUESS WHAT that same guy that was there, he was supposed to take me and he was there all that while. I don't know why I had to wait for so long. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!

I purchased my Grand Cherokee from Varsity in March of 2014. My experience with Giovanni from the Sales Team and Sean from the Finance Team were outstanding. Buying a vehicle was actually a fun experience with them, and they were so knowledgeable and helpful- true professionals.
I brought my Grand Cherokee in for its first servicing on May 29, 2014 and again, another fabulous experience with AJ from the Service Team. He was friendly and very helpful!
I cannot say enough positive things about Varsity. I would recommend Varsity to everyone!

We had been considering trading in our 2 vehicles and purchasing a new one for about half a year now, but every time we started the process the value we got for our vehicles was as though they were just appraising one of them. The fact that we wanted to trade in 2 vehicles was always a determent, until we found Varsity Chrysler. Garth Scott made us a very decent offer for our 2 vehicles, one was a car and the other was a van, and we are very happy with our new 2014 Chrysler 300 Base All-wheel drive sedan. We are very satisfied customers.

After shopping around at a number of different Dodge dealerships in and surrounding Calgary we ended up at Varsity. I was so fed up by the previous dealerships with sleazy salesmen, low ball offers on my current vehicle and outright lies such as "we're actually losing money on this vehicle at that price". Funny how so many of them said that one! Varsity was completely different. The salesman, Heinz, was sincere, down to earth, reasonable, professional and simply a nice guy. They offered us a fair price for my vehicle and we purchased a new 2012 Durango. The used car sales manager did not hide in his office like the other dealerships, but came and spoke with us - addressed any concerns and congratulated us on our new purchase. I highly recommend Varsity and will definitely be a lifelong customer.

Do Not Buy A Car From Varsity Chrysler

Hi everyone. Just want you all to be aware that this Varsity Chrysler is a bunch of liars that well tell you anything to make a sale but when the time comes to keep up their end of the deal they well back out unless you have everything in writing. So if you’re going to buy anything from them get everything in righting and make sure you keep it. I bought 2008 Tiburon off them in February. During the dealing stage I asked where the original alumina rims for the car were. They contacted the old owner and tried to get them from him for me. I had them wright it in the deal paperwork that they would provide alumina rims for the car. I waited till March to give them time to get the rims from the old owner before I called again. They still did not have them. I asked the salesmen what would happen if the old owner did not give them up and he said they would provide me with some. It is now May. I still have no rims and have called them yet again. Now they say that the old owner is dodging them and when I asked them to provide me with some and reminded the salesmen of our conversation in March. He stated that he didn’t remember saying that and refused to get me some. I told him I would call a lawyer and contact the news about this and he laughed at me and told me to do what I have to do. I will never buy a car from them again and recommend that if you are looking at buying a car from them you better think twice and if you do decided to buy one from them then get everything in righting and don’t lose the paper work like I did. Varsity Dodge is by far the best customer service i have seen in a long time!! They worked with us on getting my truck fixed after already being in two other shops!
