Just picked up our Audi Q5 this afternoon after repairs being done to the rear bumper.
The service being provided by this family owned and operated business is exceptional. They were recommended by Intact Insurance and I can see why. The period of time between my initial phone call to them to arrange for an estimate and having the repairs done was about 10 days. The vehicle looks and drives just like it did when I drove it off of the dealer lot in 2012 when it was new. Thank you Brendon Empringham, Linda and staff.

If you want a job done right bring your car here. I've had some really bad experiences with quality elsewhere in Calgary, but horton always does pristine work. The last job was done way ahead of schedule. They also took the time to clean the inside of my car. Exceptional

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst body shop in Calgary! The owner is not only arrogant but a complete liar! They caused damage and refused to fix it until insurance got involved. Car was supposed to be clean inside and out but there are grease stains on the seats as well as the door handles and all over the interior of two doors. There is also damage to the inside of one door. I do not understand how anyone can write a positive review. Absolutely horrible customer service. Actually there is no customer service. You are wrong and they are right. Run as far and fast as you can!

I want to start by apologising for your experience as this is defiantly not something we ever want to have a customer go through nor is it the image I want people to have of the business. I hate that I had to get my car repaired (stupid drivers) in the first place. Horton got me my car back to me in perfect condition and fast! I'm happy to be over and done with it all. Thank you!

Take your car elsewhere. People at Horton don't care about you or your car. The rude manager doesn't even take the time to be even a tad bit polite to someone who has spent money there. Very bad attitude and service.

I had the hood of my vehicle painted at Horton and later noticed certain spots were missed along the edge. I didn't think it was an issue and assumed they had checked their work before delivery. Also I had been assured the repair was under ""life-time guaranty""!

Then the paint started bubbling up around the edge of the repaired area. I discussed the problem with the manager and after examining my car, he said he would call me back (which never happened).

I went back a month later kindly asking them to correct the issue, the manager raised his voice, called me a liar, refused to do any repair before slamming the hood of my car full force. He then obstructed my way by jumping in front of my car with a camera as I was leaving the premises.

Obviously he would not have behaved in this way had he truly believed the damage was not Horton's fault. Total lack of professionalism. Shockingly rude.

I showed the problem to other bodyshops and was assured the work was faulty as rock chips alone can't be blamed and that poor prep and inferior material would be the only reason for such paint bubbling.

I don't think anyone would wonder why they have the lowest possible rating on Better Business Bureau.

Horrible company to deal with! I was charged for damage to a loaner vehicle that was pre-existing. The vehicle was not ready when they said it would be. When I went to pick up my vehicle after they called to tell me it was ready, there was still a dent they hadn't fixed. They tried to push it off like that dent wasn't a big deal. The manager is very unreasonable, doesn't return phone calls and is rarely in office. Avoid this company at all costs.

I stopped in today on the off-chance of getting a quote on some fender-bender damage.
Extremely polite and efficient. As a young female, I always feel there is the chance that auto places try to pull the wool over my eyes but I didn't get that impression here at all. They explained the damage and quoted me straight away, spoke to my insurance company for me and fixed it quickly. All done with a smile and a very helpful attitude.
I am very grateful for the great service - Horton have definitely got a repeat customer out of me.

I was in a slight fender bender. I left the other vehicle my name and phone number attached to their windshield. They took their car to Horton Auto Body. Rather than put in an insurance claim I told them I would pay cash as per Horton's estimate. After doing the repairs I got a call from Horton's saying there was extra damages that they did not see after the initial estimate. One of the managers at Horton's called and said if I do not get down there and pay the extra he would call the insurance company and get a claim filed. I went in the next morning to pay the extra. The manager was rude, yelled and berated me, refused to show me the broken part and was very disrespectful. I would not recommend Horton's to anybody.

I've used this business for the 10 years I've lived in Calgary (three times) and they are always spot on with service and performance. No complaints... I'd give them a full 5 stars if they also washed my car (as my Vancouver body shop used to do, without being asked).
The only hassle is that they are so good, and so popular, it can be hard to get an appointment; sometimes you have to book 6 weeks in advance.
I completely recommend them.
