Very poor Customer service . Was called to say car was ready and it wasn't . Thank god I noticed they hit something with my car when it was at their shop , but they did fit it after I said NO to an appearance allowance . Then picked up car when done only to find car not clean and screws missing from trim . Manager tried to fix in parking lot , with no luck . Now they want to find another shop to repair what their tech did wrong and replace parts that should have been replaced when there the first time ... So disappointed !!
I am pretty glad with the work done on my car, the quality is impecable and the timing also was pretty good. I had an small issue with the rental company due to a misunderstanding when my car was ready to be picked up, but the lady at Heninger immediately solved it, in a very fair way. Thank you Ashley Reeves!.
Staff pretty attentive and well mannered and all was smooth and professional and they provided all the information needed in timely manner.

Had my 08 matrix fixed there after a collision and it was done very quick. The car looks great! highly recommend them.

In Heninger Toyota body shop here in Calgary I found their receptionist and body shop manager really don’t have even 1.0% skill of dealings with customers. These both individuals talk very arrogantly and their attitude is totally non-professional. If Heninger Toyota body shop were never an authorized shop from Toyota Canada, I would have never taken my car to this shop. Being a customer I really found this very frustrating, I don’t know if any customer has complained this before, if yes, then I don’t understand why the senior management has not taken any strict disciplinary action to fix the problem.
