First Place Auto

I can't say enough about the level of quality and overall customer service received by Wally Galas at his First Place Autobody Shop. I was first introduced to Wally by my youngest son Tom who had some work done to his Cadillac Escadale and suggested that for any body work to contact Wally. Well Tom was absolutely bang on as I took my 2011 Cadillac CTS over to Wally after noticing some cut marks on the front bumpier. Well it didn't take Wally much time at all to repair the damage and once done it looked brand new. I've since returned the CTS to the dealer and now have a 2015 ATS which recently received some damage on the passenger door driver's side. Unfortunately I had parked the car at a local shopping mall and returned to the vehicle only to find the owner of the SUV standing beside my car. It was avery windy day and unfortunately as she was trying to get her baby out of the car the door was caught by the wind and slammed into my car. Anyway no hesitation I told her that my auto body shop would take car of the damage and that it would be done quickly and with a reasonable cost. Well again Wally did his magic and the car looks fantastic. In closing I'd strongly recommend Wally Galas and his First Place Autobody to anyone needing to get quality work done at a very reasonable charge. Wally has extensive experience in the industry and exemplifies something that is unfortunately missing today at many businesses especially in the automobile industry as a whole or CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Brought my 20yr old classic to Wally for a special two tone paint job that I wanted done. This job needed to be vey detailed and a lot of extras to be done to get it to where I'd be satisfied. Being picky as I can be, Wally went out of his way to bring my baby to the next level. The paint turned out fantastic and the clear coat looks so wet you could dive into it!! This paint job screams experience all over it!!!

I cant agree with the last review , Wally and his guys at First Place Auto Body are absolutely fantastic. I had looked everywhere for someone to get the major work done on my 1975 Cordoba , which needed much careful love and attention , and I am very impressed and appreciative of the precise work Wally does. He is an awesome guy to do business with , and is a true artist. I would give him the business over anyone any day of the week. This goes out to anyone looking to get work done on their vehicle of any kind , this is the place to go , Five Stars

Bad diagnostics! Bad service! Just BAD!! Cost my family over 3 grand to have a truck repaired and they never repaired it. In fact they took a decent truck and destroyed it. The truck is now a write off and they refuse to respond to us. STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY!!!

does a fantastic job at a great price , I would recommend anyone I know to go there , even my worst enemy . :)
