Exodus Exterminating Inc

We called Exodus in January 2016 because of mouse problems in my mother's home in Rochester. My mother had used this service years ago, and felt somewhat confident in their capabilities to produce effective results. Exodus was very happy to take her $259.00 on January 28th along with a signed contract to treat the home for mice over a maximum duration of 60 days. Their agent made six visits to my mother's house, plugging some holes with mesh and setting some snap traps and some "monitors" with a dark brown bait, all with no results. Each visit seemed to baffle this agent more and more because he couldn't figure out why the mice weren't taking any of the baits, yet he never seemed to change to another type of bait that might produce an effective result. The last visit occurred on April 25th, and still with no results, the agent reported "no new evidence found, request follow up", yet my mother still observes mice roaming inside her home daily in the afternoon and evening hours. Now Exodus wants more money to come back, follow up and clean up their mess and traps. We're extremely dissatisfied and feel cheated, THIS IS NOT the service we received years ago and would have expected this time around from Exodus. Our advice to anyone else: DON'T DEAL WITH EXODUS, CALL ANOTHER COMPANY.
