Had this clown come by to check out my 65 beaumont sd 327 4spd out.... guy asked if it wad a three in the tree standard..... i looked at him and paused and said get the fuck off my property..... guy was a major idiot and sleeze.... do not give this clown business..... he should be apraising working at the dildo factory doing Quality Control.
Showed up on time. Checked out interior and ask if it "was a 727, torque flight transmission?" DING! DING! DING! Bells and whistles are going off in my head right from the get go!....I said "no it's and 833 4 speed transmission" guess he didn't noticed the 4ft high pistol grip shifter or the clutch pedal after his thorough inspection . HAHAH! OH MY GOD. I have a 100% rust free original 440 charger with a 4spd and dana 60 track pack. Car shows some typical wear from being a driver but is stunning example of a solid car. It was a appraised for a buyer on the east coast. Thanks Christ I didn't have him appraise it for insurance reasons and especially that I didn't have to pay for it. Car came in at about 1/2 of my asking price after him telling me that we are in the "same ball park". We weren't playing the same sport. All this after I had to point out some of the very minor issues/flaws with the car (I wanted the buyer to be fully informed). To say the least, I didn't get the sale because of this uneducated appraiser. keep in mind, I have a 440 R/T charger, 4 spd, dana 60 car, 100% rust free and 99% complete. I seriously can't find a 318cid auto car for the price mine was appraised for.

Came on time, did detailed inspection of the car, took photos and few days later provided well structured, detailed appraisal. The value was below what I hoped for, but I believed it was a fair market value.
However... I wrote the original review perhaps prematurely...here are more information:
My car that was damaged in a car accident and was estimated to be beyond repair. Canadian Direct Insurance offered the value I thought was below a fair market value. According to Insurance Act of British Columbia, the next step for me was to get the new appraisal. I was naïve and thought that just having the second appraisal would be what needs to be done and then settling the price in between two appraisals would be a natural way to complete the dispute. So I hired he CS Automotive Appraisal Services. I gave them all the documentation that I have received from Canadian Direct Insurance and hoped this would be over within days.
However, as events unfolded, I learned that actually my appraiser (CS Automotive Appraisal) and CDI appraiser would need to discuss their appraisals and agree about the “real” value. Unfortunately this review of each others appraisals never happened even though Canadian Direct Insurance and their appraiser called them numerous times. I also called dozens of times time but except initially I have never received a call back. In another words, CS Appraisal Services left me on my own to dispute Canadian Direct Insurance offer. On the other hand I was not in a very good position to defend their appraisal so after all I had to settle on CDI offer. It appears CS Automotive Appraisal could not hold the value in reality.
I have to admit I did not know about the process, however CS Automotive Appraisal Service should have known what is the procedure in disputes with ICBC or Canadian Direct Insurance and should have act accordingly. Instead, they have neglected their obligations and just ignored the whole case.
If you need appraisal for a dispute case, then you may consider finding someone else.

Outstanding service..Came on time and the entire package was perfect! Will definately use again :)
never phoned back after several attempts to contact Carling. Phoned on differant number and she answered, finally got my appraisel.
