I was so pleased to be working with The Boyenga Team. The way they view and work on a house is just incredible. We thought we were ready for the contractor but they pointed out numerous amounts of flaws which really saved us the embarrassment. They were very friendly about it and gave us a lot of tips for how we can improve these flaws. They sold our home for more than we were looking for and we truly can't thank them enough. We were moving to Palo Alto from out of state and Eric and Janelle Boyenga were awesome. We ended up purchasing a new construction home after viewing numerous properties. Not only did they take care of many of the little things when we were not able to be on site, but also offered their expertise on helping to pick out the finishes .
