These people are an honest hard working family. I have attended dozens of their auctions and left happy every time. They will always try to assist bidders with any legitimate problems. When you go to auctions always look things over because as the auctioneer warns " you buy it you own it " don't change your mind a few days later. I went to his auction before..he described an item as being original I bought it but when i got home noticed it was not original. I called him to inform him of his mistake but he didnt even have the decency to called me back and never returned any of my calls or demands to refund my money and this was not loose change either
