Bates Family Auction

This company took my items back in July of 2010. I have yet to recieve payment. I have been in many times & my items are no longer there, Yet they say they have no money.

Previously in March of 2009, they picked up a number of items. I was paid by cheque many months later. After going to the bank to cash the cheque, I was later informed that the cheque had bounced. It took many phone calls before I recieved payment in cash.

I would advise anyone who is thinking of using Bates Family Auction to seriously consider their choice and go with someone else. I do not wish anyone to go through what I have gone through.

I am a single mother and had decided to sell my household contents in order to get some cash to make ends meet.

I still have not been paid. I am out thousands of dollars.
