Front Row Tickets .com, Louisville Reviews (5)
Front Row Tickets offers safety, protected and enjoyable service.
reliable company, offer a superior event experience.
I purchased two tickets for Lewis Black the same day of the show. I was immediately sent an email documenting the transaction and then another email with the tickets. I called about the rebate but didn't want to sign up for the service. I started feeling a bit unsettled, thinking the tickets weren't going to work due to all the negative reviews. I called the venue but they were not able to tell me if the tickets were valid, the only way was to show up and see if the tickets could be scanned. They scanned. It worked. I paid $20 for $60 tickets. I was thrilled. I also received a follow-up email from FrontRowTickets thanking me for my order and asking if I received the tickets.
My wife and I attended this venue for the first time. The VIP experience is the only way to go. The service was good but with as with all concerts, the drinks were way too pricey. The seating was roomy and very comfortable. If we ever return to this area, the VIP seating is well worth the money!
So I bought tickets through this broker 9 months in advance for the Iron Maiden show. Since I had never done anything like this before I was expecting to get my tickets right away which I didn't and I was getting nervous all I got was a confirmation number and a receipt for my purchase. I called them three times to find out how come I haven't received my tickets and they said that I would receive an email one week prior to the event. 6 days prior to the show I received an email from FrontRowTickets.com with my seat assignments but no tickets but the email said that I would receive them within 24 hours of the show. And as promised I got the tickets on my phone and everything worked out okay, the seats were exactly where they said they would be and it was probably the best concert I've seen in 20 years. The only reason I'm not giving them a 5 is because I didn't like their customer service.I called them 2 or 3 times and they'd answer "customer service can I help you"To me it seemed like I was talking to someone at home,I never heard any back ground noise from other operators. They weren't rude it just didn't feel right.Bottom line I got what I paid for and the next time I purchase tickets it will only be hard tickets.
