Berklay worked all paperwork when my bike came into the country years ago. They did a good job and were very personable. I naturally gave them a call when I decided to ship it to AZ to get it restored two years ago. They assured me it would be no problem. To make a long story story short, the bike arrive there on a flat bed and out of the crate I paid for and was shipped in. It took longer than anticipated and a couple hundred bucks more. I was assured then that the cost of shipping it back would only be a couple hundred dollars. I was very du00e9sappointed when it was time to so that none of my calls where returned and my emails ignored.
