As a GIA graduate, one of Mr. Maddalonis’ “secrets to success” is his vast knowledge and expertise in the industry. It is our opinion these machines are the highest possible caliber available for fine watch restoration throughout the world. This means that most watches are rarely shipped elsewhere for watch repair. They are expertly restored on the premises, most in a week or less. In addition, Maddalonis’ has a GIA gemologist lab on its premises and offers insurance and estate appraisals daily along with in-house jewelers that do repairs and have the skills to create custom jewelry. If a customer comes in with a vision, Maddaloni’ designers can make it into a unique piece of custom jewelry.
