They call themselves luxury and do not give a damn about people contacting them to enquire about diamond rings. If possible, give these guys a run for their money, because they are taking it for granted. 80% of people gave them 1 star on Trustpilot by the way- trustpilot.com/review/chronostore.com?stars=1

I had a miserable experience buying from these lowlives. I purchased a watch on ebay, but when I called them about checkout I noticed that from the pictures, the bracelet appeared to have been shortened. When I called and asked them about it, "Nadiya" texted me some photographs of the watch that she apparently took herself, but these photos showed a different arrangement of bracelet links, including a half sized link that Rolex doesn't even produce! The bracelet had either been reconfigured since the ebay photos were taken, or else she had sent me photos of an entirely different model. When I asked which was the case, Nadiya admitted that the watch depicted in the auction was a different model, and that the ebay department had used one photo for multiple watches. This is, of course, in direct violation of ebay policy, which states that the pictures in a listing must be of the actual item being sold, unless it is brand new, which this wasn't. The watch in the photos that Nadiya texted to me, photos of the watch I was going to receive, also showed damage to the screw heads, indicating that the watch had been tampered with or mistreated by someone who had no idea what he was doing.

I do not take negative reviews lightly, and I have a saved MMS conversation of our entire exchange to back up my accusations. I have already reported this to ebay and I advise anyone considering buying from this store to shop elsewhere. Based on my experience, you're going to get scammed if you shop here. They will try every dirty trick in the book to squeeze every last penny out of you, while giving you the bare minimum.

BEWARE..... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE! u00a0We bought a new Baume & Mercier gold two tone watch from them that cost $2,600 on May 26, 2014. It was sent back to them three times since the watch did not work properly from the beginning. It cost us $170 in shipping costs. Each time they returned it, they said they fixed this or that and now it is working. However, it continued to not work properly. Chronostore also said they would not take back the watch for a refund claiming it was working. Finally, we sent the watch to the Baume & Mercier National Repair Center in Texas. They completely overhauled the watch and it works perfectly now. It cost us $475. u00a0Chronostore would not reimburse us for this repair still claiming there was nothing wrong with the watch.u00a0u00a0These people are not to be trusted. Chronostore's guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on. u00a0BEWARE....BEWARE...BEWARE...
