Fay is a fabulous person for permanent makeup. She took the time to take all of my questions and concerns, and, first of all, it didn't hurt! Everyone says it hurts, but she knows how to do it without all of that pain! Second, she stopped during the procedure to let me look at the mirror so that I could ask questions, ask for something, give an opinion. She is really fabulous!! Fabulous price, too!
