A Payless Water Heaters & Plumbing

My Tenants water heater did not work . Payless water heater and plumbing came and replaced a wire in the amount of 135$.The Following day my tenant contacted me again that the Water heater still did not work . No hot water. I contacted Payless water heater and plumbing again .they came and told me I needed a new water heater . Payless water and plumbing installed a new water heater which costs me $1100 .Following day I again received a call from my tenant that she still did not have hot water. She said she contacted payless water and plumbing and they refused to come and check the problem ! Now their excuse was it is an electrica l problem and not their problem and told us to contact an electrician !!!! I contacted Payless again and spoke with Glenn and Damien . Both were rude and refused to come and check why the new water heater was not working. I contacted an electrician who said they wired the water heater wrong and fried the wires . He charged me $ 120 . After the electrician repaired the wiring the water heater worked properly. In summary the people at Payless are very rude, refused to follow up on their work and it is still unclear whether I needed a new water heater because of the shoddy workmanship they did .
