This is a Dirty and racist Shop! Coronavirus could be in your car clean it well after you visit here. I regret coming here and other shops were charging $90-$160 for the same service. Has a Ferrari in front for show I already was groaning, but I wanted to drop off the car for AC charge and evacuation, so I could go to Big Bear so I was desperate It also has a weird set up and location next to two hooker hotels, and vibe when I walked in here was unprofessional and there was a guy at the counter ranting how BLM is fake and that a white girl he knew supports them but she shouldn't because she isn't even black. The young Mexican kid had to walk to me from behind the counter so I could not even walk up to the counter. I felt uncomfortable listening to that crap and it spoiled my mood for my 1 day vacation. I only came because they have Sunday hours. If you are Black and Gay like me or LGBTQIA do not come here. The owner is Alt right and does not wear a mask, and no one wears gloves and they had fingerprints, dirt, and a used mask in my car. There was no plastic on my seat or even a paper over my floor mats. I spent an hour cleaning my car up the street at the car wash. The neighborhood is sketchy with homeless walking by. The only thing that is legit is that it is next to the signal hill sign but they service wrecks and had cars all over the place. I walk in this Sunday at 08:45am and the owner barks at me that they open at 9 and that no one is there in a racist condescending tone, and he lied and said that he told me this on the phone. I never spoke to him. So he kept me waiting an extra 15 min. Yesterday I had to park on the street, since they had no parking. They broke my reflector on my door and I had to run to pick it up
When I saw my car it looked like they left the window open all night. not tell them what you are doing like I saliberal either. I got quoted $153 and leave with $323.55. The first guy lied about his computer being down and showed me a paper quote for $153 but I received no paper copy. I guess you just like to argue with customers talk racist crap and make blacks pay double and deliver crappy service. And a hot car. Did you even test drive it?
