Palmetto Commercial Services

I hired Palmetto Commercial Services after going through a couple of other companies. The cleaners detailed my office, including the bathrooms, break room, offices, lobby, and carpets. They maintained the cleanliness thoughout the year and i just extended their commercial cleaning contract.

I hired Palmetto to deep clean my home last summer and they did a fantastic job. They now clean my office and also do a great job.

Palmetto Services is great! We have a rental property that the tenants moved out of and left trash and feces everywhere. I don't know how someone can get so much stuff in a short period of time and leave it all behind. I met with Palmetto Commercial on Friday and they sent a team over on Saturday to complete it so we could get contractors in. They took the dirty carpet and nasty pad too. They even too late of the feces and smell. They are great! We will definitely use Palmetto Commercial again!

I hired Palmetto to clean out my mothers estate. My mother was a collector and her home was full of stuff. Palmetto was easy to work with and finished the job quickly. They took items to auction without taking a commission and the money went to the estate. I would definitely hire Palmetto again

I have a rental property in Lexington and my “perfect” tenants left it a mess. Apparently paying on time doesn’t mean they will clean the house. They left trash, fast food, magazines, old furniture, several televisions, cat and dog urine and feces, and rotten food throughout the house. I met with Mike at Palmetto Services on Sunday and they sent out a crew the same day. They are the best!

Great company! I hired them to clean out my dad's estate. They took out all of the trash from the house and yard. They gave me an inventory for the court. They even helped me sell everything! Then they cleaned the house so I could sell it! I definitely recimmend them!
