The technician listened to the issue with my laptop, explained what could be going on, and quickly got to work on the laptop -- turned out to be a minor issue and he was kind enough to fix it on the spot. Other computer repair places that I've been to have been trying to charge me big money just to look at the laptop and then tell me that huge replacements might need to be made. He is honest and kind and intelligent!

So far, so good. Dropped my Macbook Air off a few days ago. Within a few hours, received an email with the issue (dead battery) and an estimate to have it fixed. I took my laptop in a couple of weekends ago. The staff diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and went over with me what it would take to fix it. I left the laptop with them and they had it fixed in 3 days. When I went to pick it up a gentleman explained what they did and showed me my laptop running perfectly. Fast and professional.
