Inefficient Account management
I was a member of Wynn Fitness since 2013-2014.Initial experience was good.But things began to change eventually when there was a reshuffle with in the management team .even freezing my account became a herculean task to deal with at the center.Lately I went through an ordeal with Wynn Fitness East Toronto on Miner where I had placed a freeze on my account along with my son due to domestic reasons and ACCOUNTING was still charging my credit card every month .The GM at that time was awesome .He looked into it and immediately directed Accounting to refund me for the unauthorized charge .i was extremely happy for his positive action and response and even let me colleagues know how proactive Wynn fitness was to acknowledge their mistakes and correct them.
But that was short lived .I was shocked to see my credit card charged excessively by Wynn Fitness during he months of Jan and Feb for both myself and my son for months that our accounts were on freeze .Today I owe over $400 on my card and 90% is from Wynn Fitness .I expressed this to the head receptionist who is taking care of the Managerial role as well but all she did was explain to me that Whyn charged my account with no explanation .That is not the quality of a true Manager .She is supposed to go in to the root cause of this issue and help me resolve like the predecessor rather than saying its all "taken care of'which meant nothing to me .it been three weeks now and I am still waiting to hear from the Accounting department .I tole the head receptionist that I would like to cancel my account and she was perfectly fine with that .Being a customer and member with Wynn for over two years ,one would think that she will make an effort to retain her customer with a word of consolation .ABSOLUTELY NOT .
It was really strange and unusual of someone in the Management team to behave that way .Today i am not longer a member of Wynn Fitness and I think they care the least .
I would like someone in the Mangement team to elevate this issue an arrange for my refunds for all these unauthorized transactions .I had also mad eit a point to contact Wynn every time there a change in Credit card number due to unauthorized transaction from other merchants .I have never made defaults from my end .Why do Wynn have these kind people hired and not do their due diligence for sincere customers .i have let this out to all my colleagues and today they think twice about Wynn just so that Accounting does not play around with their credit cards too .

Re-rack your weights!
I would give this gym a better review, but there are WAY too many people who lack any sort of gym etiquette. The worst gym etiquette-related issue would be that people don't re-rack their weights. It's honestly getting to the point where I am considering leaving this gym. My girlfriend wanted to use the squat rack and she had to take off 4 45lbs plates because the person who used the squat rack before was too lazy to remove the weights. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE.

Excellent Gym
I've been going to the Milner location for over 3 years. The front desk receptionist, Ruth is the best.When I walk into the gym, she's friendly, always smiling, willing to help whoever is in need, and she makes me feel at home. The gym is very clean and the exercising equipment is very high standard. The trainers are very professional, friendly,and helpful if you need help or if you need tips, therefore I would rate Ruth a 5 star because all these things she holds.are very hard to find in another receptionist. She can never be replaced by no one because what she is unique for is only her special feature. By sending this review, the main focus is Ruth and why she matters at this beautiful gym.

more than just a receptionist!!
I had the best experience at Wynn today. I was greeted so kindly by the receptionist Cindy Thai. She asked me what I was working on today and gave me awesome tips! After her shift she actually came down to teach me more work outs. She is so awesome and definitely deserves to be recognized!!!! :)

Outstanding Staff and Service Level!
My experience at this gym has been excellent over the last 3+ years. The weights and equipment are top notch. Sales/Management are quick and accurate to handle all my invoicing and administrative issues. Personal training staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The front desk including Maria C, Selene, and Cindy and others are all welcoming to greet me each and every time I arrive. They are very personable and exemplify a great attitude towards others. All of these are reasons I have been at this gym so long. It really does make a difference and in turn makes my experience at the gym that much more enjoyable.

Hard work, training and diet! We will all get to where we need to be! Fighting!

I've been going to this gym for about 6 months now, The good thing about it is that there are personal tvs on most of the cardio machines so thats nice. I did not like for 2 months when there was no tv service though, but its back up and hope it stays up. Receptionist are really nice, Maria Consevra is polite. One of the personal trainers are very helpful, Shawn, hes knew I believe, answers your questions and you can tell he really wants to see people happy in the end.Machines are clean, place is clean. I enjoy it.
