PetSmart

I was in Petsmart in okotoks on November 20,2015 and I was on dog food by their fish. Two young ladies where helping a very pushy customer as it seemed to me and a manager/super visor came and yelled at one of the young girls! I was disgusted how this "manager/supervisor" acted! I couldn't believe my own eyes seeing this. This poor girl was so humiliated she cried. Not impressed with this! Have management that knows how today act with their employees ! So unperfessional

I took my nervous Wheaton Terrier to Petsmart Okotoks for grooming.
She has several health issues to and her coat was pretty thick with a couple of matts which I was ashamed of....
As soon as I entered the Salon I was greeted with smiley faces and a very warm welcome.
Checking her in they were extremely thorough, asking many questions.

On collecting her I was extremely happy. everything I asked for was done and she was a happy girl..
I will certainly be recommending them...

took our Bichon yesterday for bath and brush, possible haircut because of some matting. They combed through his fur while we were there and felt they would have no problem, he wasn't bad. When I got home,they had called to say that the bath caused him to mat terribly on his feet and side and they would have to shave those areas. I asked that they leave his body longer and specifically talked about leaving his head fuller and rounder, they said that would be no problem. Picked up a puppy that is shaved down all over, shaking from the trauma, head and ears cut very short except for several stray tufts. One nail cut into the quick and abrasions (razor burns ) on tummy and along penis. Even the shaving is so uneven, down to the skin and then longer, not sure how you can do this with a proper razor. This mess cost $60. And had to buy him a sweater as he was so shaky, cold and probably humiliated. Will never go to Petsmart grooming there again and advise others against it. I had even taken a picture of what I wanted for his head, a rounded puppy cut- they didn't come close to my request.. He looks nothing like a Bichon. Gave it one star as there was not an option for zero.
