If you even think about wanting to buy a fish from this store you're better offer paying the money for a fishing license and finding the nearest river and jumping in. To say that this experience was smooth and seamless would be the understatement of the century. The staff were incredibly rude when it came to buying fish, we were talked down to and asked for our ID. When the fish were bagged and brought to the front to pay it was then brought to our attention that ALL the fish in the store are carrying a disease and that they can't sell them. Not sure if they've contacted any animal health and safety but I will be doing that next.

Brought my cat there,to be groomed the groomer.
Was kind friendly polite, but sorry to say.
I was not happy, with the way she was groomed.
They did not,get all the mats out.
Location on Heron road Ottawa Ontario.
They shaved some of,the mats right down to the skin.
Her coat looks, worse then when I brought her in.

I would like,my money returned to me.
To pet owners look, else where don't waste you're time or money.
My cats coat,does not feel the same.
As before after,they did such a terrible job.
I don't believe,they even care.
I was at my,vet the next day she got.
Rid of the mats on her belly.
And of her, nails were cut.😡

Emilie at the grooming salon did an absolutely flawless job on my one-and-a-half-year-old Portuguese Water Dog. My dog can be quite nervous going to the salon, but she visibly relaxed the moment she saw Emilie, which is the surest sign of a kind, skilled, and top-notch groomer. I also really appreciated her thoroughness and concern with a potential ear infection situation. Thank you, Emilie!

Shannon went above and beyond in helping me choose the right food for my cats with kidney issues. She patiently walked me through all the options, even taking the time to go shelf by shelf to explain and recommend the best choices. Shannon was very knowledgeable, attentive, and answered all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. I couldn’t be happier with the support I received—truly excellent service!

We had Lola in today for a bath, ear cleaning,
nail trimming, teeth cleaning and feathers trimmed (gold retriever) very unhappy(:
With the results while she certainly was trimmed not evenly I might add she did not receive a bath as she smelt just like we brought her in! The bill was s135.00 which I find atrocious!! They never even gave her a bandana! Very expensive for a trim of feathers and ear ckeaning we knew the teeth was an extra $15 but not expecting such a high price
Never going back I know a private groomer would not be anymore money and would be done right
