Background: My gas furnace suddenly stopped working on Boxing Day (Friday, December 26th), just as temperatures in Quebec Canada dropped to –17°C. I contacted several repair companies, including Gaz Métro Plus, and all told me they wouldn’t be able to come until the following week.

Made a call last time when my electric furnace stops working. BORIS assessed the equipment are all at good state. He mentioned that the problem was at the circuit breaker.

As a little handy man myself, I opened my electrical panel and saw one wire was completely lose that causes the breaker to trip. A simple retightening (dont do this if youre not comfortable) fixed the job, no breaker replacement was needed.

I called the company because my furnace needed to be inspected due to issues we were having with loud squaeling and grinding noises during heating. Borce answered the call right away and quickly identified that the blower motor needed to be replaced. He got a replacement motor that same day and showed up the next morning ahead of the appointment time and quickly had it installed. Great service and experience with the company and I will definitely be using them for yearly inspections to keep my system running healthy.
