Update: The move out of the unit was smooth and easy. The staff were very kind and professional during the move out process! Will definitely be renting here if and when I ever need to again!

Her knowledge was impressive, and the friendly atmosphere in the office, with music playing, added a welcoming touch. When it was time for me to move out and close my account, Ede treated me with the same warmth and willingness to help as she did when we first met. We’re getting ready to move and needed a storage unit to house some furniture and “clutter” while we are showing the house. Ede was great, very welcoming and very helpful. The office has a nice clean washroom which is handy. The units are spacious, clean and leak free.

Oh, and the music in the office is great and always on! 😉

Clean and organized lot with plenty of security cameras everywhere! We cannot say enough about Ede! She was super knowledgeable and friendly. Makes everyone who walks thru those doors feel welcome. We were having a rough day on-top of a rough few weeks, when we stopped in to rent out a storage. Ede turned our whole day around and made the process seem flawless.
