Almost a year since I signed their contingency agreement and they never keep me updated on my case. It took them 2 months to contact my former employer and then 5 months to follow up on my case with them and now it's been 4 months without ever giving me a update. I would recommend this law firm to anyone looking for help with Long term disability or short term disability from their insurance company. I reached out to them after I had been denied twice and I couldn’t get an exact answer as to why I was denied. I was wrongfully dismissed at my job, after a humiliating treatment from the employer, as well as left unemployed because the employer lied about the duration of the position. After explaining my situation, this firm put a lawyer named Stan Fainzilberg. I submitted documentation to prove my case and he said they were wrong. I made a clear point in wanting to go all the way to court, but after three months, this lawyer made a U-turn and forced me to accept a very minimum settlement and completely discarded his own list of claims in the case submitted to court. He failed to comply his part in the retainer. I presented lots of evidence and even so, he never even tried to fight in court for my case. He just washed hands, took his fees, and disappeared.
Beware of this firm that hire this type of "lawyers" as going to the labor board directly will give you exactly the same compensation without the hassle and disappointment.
