Love this space! Best office space in the downtown core. Helpful and friendly staff, efficiently and professionally managed, super flexible and you can't beat their prices! 2 thumbs up!

I’ve inquired at many office spaces and most of them can’t accommodate enough people and don't have all of the services I’ve wanted. Agile has EVERYTHING and they're super easy to deal with. They've also got great prices! For an Eaton Centre address this is really excellent.

My friend and I have a start-up business and were looking for a top of the line address that everyone in the GTA would recognize. Agile is perfect: Eaton Centre address, a local telephone number, live professional answering, and voice mail. All of this for $70 a month, which is a great deal. I’m able to do my business without being at the office physically.

Agile Offices has been key to setting up my business via virtual offices. I have been able to work really well with two partners during start-up. Amazing business model that let’s us focus on what matters. I rented a day office two weeks ago, for instance. The time saved on booking and setup was crucial and Agile Offices nailed it. I’ll definitely be passing along your info to my colleagues.

The boardrooms are great for professional meetings and, most importantly, it is very convenient for my clients and colleagues since it is attached to the PATH network and the subway. Our clients really enjoyed our presentation. Staff are excellent to deal with!

One reason we took Agile: they are the only (and I mean ONLY) virtual address company in Toronto that lets you pick your own suite number.

Can't tell you how frustrating it was to find out everywhere else that we had to share our "unit" with others. Agile is totally flexible in this regard, which means you get a clean suite number for online purposes.

We're a three person web design firm and we aren't yet able to justify all of the overhead needed for an office. But it can be tough sometimes -- I work out of my living room office but can't meet clients there. Agile is the perfect solution for a team like ours. You can pay as you need it and there's no long term commitment. The location is great and they have all the extras you could want. I would suggest it for any startup.

I couldn’t have chosen a better location to have an office space. I travel a lot worldwide and most international business people are at least familiar with downtown Toronto.

When they visit my downtown office it is always a pleasure. Your receptionist and the amenities offered are exactly what I need to ensure my clients’ needs are met.

Agile offices has everything my small business needs. It's a convenient location downtown with an address that looks great on a business card. It's a spacious space for people to work in and offers 24 hour security. Great to get your business up and running there.

I have been a virtual client at Agile Virtual Offices for a year and Agile Offices has done an excellent job at receiving my mails and answering my calls. I don’t have to be physically there at the office and I can come at any time I want. I absolutely love that concept and it is convenient for me.

Recently took part in a conference at Agile Offices and I have to say I was amazed with the office space. The place was well maintained, clean and the space was suitable for a large group. It's a really cost effective way to organize meetings from time-to-time.

They collect and forward mail for us. Sometimes we have them open it, which is not a problem. It's convenient and not expensive. The address looks more impressive than Cobourg. Some of our out-of-town customers believe we have an office downtown, which is the trick we we had in mind.

I searched a few virtual offices in Toronto and Agile offered a great price considering the location. The customer service was also great. The receptionist was very friendly and spent a good time explaining the different services they offered. I highly recommend Agile Offices if you are running a start-up business.

The previous office space in Milton, Ontario was very inconvenient for my business. Agile Offices has made things a lot easier in terms of reaching out to my business partners and has everything I could possibly need at walking distance. I initially thought I’d have to buy my own furniture but the space was fully furnished with an amazing view of downtown Toronto. Clearly it gives companies an extra level of prestige.

My new work space is exactly what I needed and I couldn’t have found a better location. It used to take anywhere from the 30 to 90 minutes to get to clients when I was in the north end. Now, just a minute away from the subway, I am able to focus more on my clients and less on travel time. And they love visiting me down here because there's so much around.

We've used both the cubicles and the shared area and we've found each comfortable and relaxing. There's no distractions to take you a way from your work and interactions with other Agile customers have always been pleasant. The lockers are great if you're coming back a few days in a row. Altogether this is a smart and economical way to get your employees working when you don't need a full facility to yourself.

My marketing team has rented a boardroom to hold client meetings a few times over the last half year. The boardrooms are very professional looking and are well maintained. It was stress free working with Agile Virtual Offices and they made it very easy and painless. The clients have been consistently impressed with our presentations and I think the choice of venue has a lot to do with it.

It was fast and easy to book a meeting room at Agile Offices. It was a very big deal for my co-partner and I to make sure things ran smoothly and you helped us out tremendously. The room had everything we needed from presentation equipment, conference speaker phones, and even writable walls which was pretty neat. Might I add the view was very impressive. We will definitely continue book with you in the future.

Our business has been growing but a permanent physical address has not yet seemed necessary as most of our consulting is done at client sites. Agile Offices is an excellent solution for SMBs like ours that need a space a few times a month but not every day. I also appreciate your prompt response when I have been pressed for time. The office space we've received has suited all our needs and employees and client have enjoyed the location.

I know first impressions mean a lot. Using your office for meetings has been a strategically sound move in terms of brand image. Our office in Scarborough just doesn’t work when we have customers coming in from out of town that we want to impress. Meeting at the Eaton Centre allows us to combine business with a lunch date or sports or theatre event.

We chose the Eaton Centre because we wanted to offer our clients a prestigious address that they can be proud of. The Eaton Centre is not just a Canadian icon. Agile Offices was created by entrepreneurs who know what it’s like to build businesses. Our desire is to give our clients the same type of services and value for their money that we were looking for when we built our businesses. The outcome of this thought process was that we had to give people options that they could use and choices in how they can build their business.
