Terrible service, they told us we had to double up with another family as they had a limo break down. I'm sure they do this all the time to double up on fares as both families paid full price. Also was told they would pick us up after the concert and after making us stand in the rain and cold for more than an hour, they showed up with the limo full of garbage and empty beer cans. They kept giving us false information as to why they were late. Very frustrating. Do not book with this company. They also make you pay in advance, do not tip in advance because the other family we were with made this mistake and they will not refund money.
