I bought a package at this place against my better judgement that was valid for 1 year for treatment every 3 weeks. I had an appointment scheduled for May 2, but they called and cancelled as the girl was sick. I rescheduled for 1 week after, and then they claim they suffered a break in that week. I've been sending messages to two different phone numbers, and getting strange replies. They keep claiming they are trying to deal with insurance, but I can't believe that business insurance would take 3 months to resolve unless something shady happened. I just texted the number I have to request a refund, but I doubt I'll ever get it. We should figure out a way to get all the clients that were wronged by this place and make sure that we get what we paid for. I'll check this review site back to see if anyone else is going through the same issues.

The guy showed me a video of the dark circle procedure that he was going to perform. Had me sign a waiver stating I watched it. The video showed it being not painful, the girl had changes immediately, it was some dr oz video. Anyway, it was extremely painful and he basically burned my face, I have to put polysporen on and I pray it doesn't scar!! I don't trust going back, and that video is completely misleading !!

I decided to start laser hair removal treatments at Perfection, since I have no time to shave. The workers were very knowledgeable about different laser machines and knew exactly which one to use on my skin type. I’ve already noticed amazing results from past treatments. So far I’ve done my face underarms, full legs, and bikini. I plan to get my arms done as well and look forward to being hair free!! I literally have no time to whatsoever to shave with newborn twins at home and monthly waxing has just become too expensive and painful. I’d recommend getting laser to anyone. It’s definitely worth it!

Acne has been haunting me for about four years now, I’ve tried so many products, medications and even Accutane with all temporary results. I went to perfection about 3 months ago to give something different a try. We did 2 chemical peels, are now going back and forth between dermabrasions and lasers. I can honestly say the changes in my skin are amazing! My breakouts are down to a minimum, my skin had very little redness, less oily, pores are smaller and just over all looks and feels a lot healthier! Only a couple more treatments until I have my dream skin. Perfection Cosmetics made this possible and affordable, very very very happy.
