Greg, while attending Loyalist under the tutelage of Master Chef Heinz Haas won silver metal out of 152 competitors at the TASTE of CANADA COMPETITION. Greg has worked as a Chef for hotel chains such as Ramada Inn & Four Seasons, as well as lending his talents to various restaurants in the area. His award winning mastery in the kitchen led him, along with his wife Tena, a registered nurse, to open his own catering business in 1994.
