PetSmart

I phoned Petsmart in North Vancouver about some private lessons for my puppy. Derrick answered the phone rudely, then when question about the program, got "YA, What a ya what a about it?". My pup is 8 months old so bigger, wondered if she should be mixed the the younger pups as she is a shepard/lab cross. He says--"Is she bigger than my room, Bigger than Clifford the dog on TV?" HIs whole tone of voice was rude and demeaning. I phoned and spoke to the manager right away and told her should be FIRED, with that attitude. NEVER EVER have I had anyone be so rude in any business!!! Going to report this to Head office!
