Very rude staff. Don't stand behind their products. Been using the same litter for years, the last bag was poor quality & wouldn't clump. They refused to do an exchange.nWhen choosing a new litter, I was told that if my cat wouldn't use it I could bring it in for an exchange. Now told that they do NOT accept ANY returns on merchandise that's not in sellable condition. How do you know if a product is good or works if it's not been opened? Very poor way to treat your customers.
