Store is always fully stocked, clean and organized. You can always find good stuff on sale or clearance that isn't online. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes it's nice to go into a store and not shop online. This is one of those stores.
Absolutely zero care when it comes to the betta fish they have on the shelf. Went in today and found 3 betta fish dead with mold floating around the fish… this only happens after at least 2-3 days of the fish being in there. The water should be changed daily because of the small containers of water that they are in and it’s clear they don’t change the water as there is clear debris (couldn’t even tell what is was) in the containers… very upsetting seeing a pet store not care about the betta fish/ fish
Brought my old dog in today for a nail trim. I have never met such kind, caring, and compationate people. They took great care of my elderly dog boris. I would recommend anyone to take their dogs there. Once you go, you will never use anyone else.
The staff were very friendly and we were greeted by multiple staff members. They were very helpful and directed us to the appropriate aisle. The shelves were stocked and neat. The checkout time was quick. Overall, an amazing experience. THANK YOU.
We took our puppy for his first grooming, and we were greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Cody did an amazing job taking care of Bandit. He treated our dog with compassion and care, and gave us a few tips for home to make his experience as comfortable as possible. I'll definitely be bringing Bandit back regularly for grooming, and will be asking for Cody, as I feel like Bandit and him seem so comfortable together!
