PetSmart

I took my furbaby to Petsmart for photos with Santa. Their setup for it was great! They had a decorated room for the photos, one pet at a time, so the pets could all have private time with Santa. Needless to say, all the furbabies had huge smiles and wagging tails! And the deals on Christmas stuff for the furbabies was outstanding (I left with a shopping bag full)! The staff was absolutely fantastic with all the pets (special thanks to the magnificent staff for the great time my Jude had at your store!). I will most definitely be returning to shop here! Jude-approved! 🐾💜🐾

The staff at this location are very friendly and always willing to answer questions. Sometimes they’re busy helping other customers, but whenever they’re available, they come over to check if we need anything. I’ve never felt rushed, and they always seem happy doing their jobs. The cashiers are equally friendly, and I highly recommend this store.

Dead fish in display ?!!
I don’t understand why you guys display fish in cups with no oxygen supplies.
This is cruelty to these guys. When we passed by 2 were dead…

Any animals should receive descent respect.
Can you put them at least in aquariums?
Not sure associations would appreciate this.
I fish and eat fish , but treat those with respect.

We brought our Westie (@rockythewestie1) for his first time ever grooming session at this store today. We were really apprehensive because it's the first time we left our 6 months old puppy with someone else. We were met by Nico who was going to be our groomer, he was very welcoming, understanding, and caring, we told him it was Rocky's first time and he was really nervous. But Nico took great care of Rocky , we were really pleased and satisfied with Nico. It was a great experience, Rocky suddenly became white again!

I was really disappointed with what I saw at this PetSmart location. The small animal cages were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Some of the animals didn’t even have food or fresh water. The fish tanks were cloudy and overcrowded, with poor visibility and stressed fish. It honestly looked like the animals weren’t being properly cared for. I expected better standards from a pet store — especially one that sells live animals. Definitely not a place I’d recommend for anyone who truly cares about animal welfare.
