Sentinel storage rentals has been very good to our organization. They are always striving to make sure we have the best experience and that our storage needs are being met.
Sentinel storage has been a very good steward to the community by helping out non profit organizations such as Whitecourt Minir Soccer

They have always been a pleasure to deal with. My belongings are secure, and I appreciate how easy it is to access the compound whenever it’s convenient for me.

Staff were friendly and clear when communicating. Unit was clean and dry, even through a wet season. Only reason I would not give it 5 stars is that the passcode gate entry system is mounted low and at a point you cannot reach it out the window unless you are in a tiny car.

Very kind and sweet staff!! Only stored my things for a little while but I felt so welcomed by Sentinel Storage. 10/10 recommend!

UPDATE !

The Regional Manager Came To The Rescue and was able to ensure I had the double up charges removed and waived..as I was just one day late and the system like clockwork doubled my fees... but thanks to the understanding and empathy of the two ladies whom run this location.. their conversation to the Regional Manager.. yielded my being able to afford my monthly fee.. as otherwise I may have lost everything.. I have to better pay attention to due dates and timeliness! 😅☺️

The Ladies That Run This Location In Whitecourt, AB... ARE.. Phenomenal, pleasant, genuine.. and dedicated to helping and serving in any way they can. Always a great experience when dealing with them.. They Get an A+++!!!

HOWEVER.. Everyone and their 🐕 Dog..
Are using "Inflation, Inflation.. Ermmm Inflation!!!" To up pricing beyond the rate of said Inflation and using it as excuse not to trim their own fat, so to speak.. but to GOUGE out their customers and subscribers more then they definitely need to, or SHOULD!!!

Doing this, should be outright ashamed of themselves. But they won't be.. they'll rake in scads more money off the backs of ordinary, low to middle income people.

While upper management and owners.. Rejoice, that they had the cover to do so.. so badly, sooo much... cause.. er.. ermmm... "Inflation!" 🙄🤮

Clean, secure facility and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Worked very well for me. Lots of space to get even large moving trucks close to the storage unit. Easy to get set up and Crystal was a delight to deal with.

Crystal and the staff are very friendly, professional and helpful!!

Incredible professional assistance from the staff and when I once locked the door wrong… they notified me the same day and I came and did it up properly. It would have been accessible to anyone for a while long weekend so I was very grateful.

Very awesome, friendly and helpful staff! Well maintained and secure storage units! Helpful reminders for payment due dates. I highly recommend!

Expensive, my rates have increased by 50% over two years.

Not worth the cost for zero temperature control, and questionable security.

I would recommend looking elsewhere for your storage needs.

Staff is top notch though, Crystal is a lovley person, and will try her hardest to make things work for you, but awesome staff doesn't make up for the shortcomings of the business model.

The staff at the storage location are fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating. The facility is clean and well set up.

Beware online/phone booking. I was told by two different agents that they had (smaller) 5 x 5 units and that I would be put on the wait list to move into one. When I arrived at location, I found out that they don't even have that size of storage there! It was clear that the salesman on phone was pushing me through to make the sale.
