Great location, facility and service. We used Access on a short-term basis to store our son's college belongings over the summer. Ended up needing a bigger unit and the switch was immediate and simple. Easy entry process, clean unit. Super happy with the overall experience, would return and highly recommend.

It was easy to set up, the girls at the front desk were knowledgeable and friendly. storage area was clean and easy to find.

Crystal was so wonderful and helpful!! She reduced my stress levels with a large move and helped me determine the best size unit at the best price.

Access storage is amazing. I had a lady named Crystal help me and she is just wonderful. Very respectful, knowledgeable, and empathetic and funny. She doesn't rush you and isn't just about a sale or money side of a business. It's a very clean storage facility and well maintained. Very reasonable pricing. I would recommend to anyone.

Courteous, friendly, accommodating! Needed a locker on the last day of the month & after hours. Everyone went over and above to contact me and contact all levels of management so that I wasn't stuck with a house full of belongings sitting on the curb due to having to return my moving truck! Thank you Access, providing me with HALF the normal monthly fees & your level of service provided will not only keep my business, it has made me recommend you to everyone in need of storage. UPDATE: they do not have rodent boxes anywhere! Wish I would have noticed this before I rented a unit, everything I had stored is now either chewed or covered in mouse poo! Most items are destroyed & cannot be salvaged.

Being fairly new to Sarnia it’s hard to find not only things you need but places that are trustworthy. Well. Access storage is. Outstanding customer service. Answered all our questions and we got only what we needed. Nothing more nothing less We needed a place for our mother’s car for a few months and got exactly what we needed. Very much appreciated and recommending for any storage large or small.

Nadine and Merry are amazing! Nadine went above and beyond. I truly appreciate everything they helped me with. It's not easy moving your sick moms stuff into storage they made it easy and are very pleasant to deal with.

Staff are super friendly. My unit was clean. The lot is always well taken care of. Great experience all around. Will definitely use them again if we have more storage needs.

Event was well organized, space to set up was a good size. Lots of staff available to answer questions and provide assistance. Coffee and treats were a nice touch.
