Buff Moving and Storage

Since this company BUFF Moving doesn’t get point of shoving 3 people in a cab and going in and out of people’s house is NOT physical distancing that is required by all companies big or small at this time
I usually don’t care to take this shit to Facebook but the responses I got from these guys was nuts
I confronted them and told by the driver to my mind own business and to go F•CK myself even though according to rules and regulations its the operators (driver) responsibility to insure safe physical distancing to operate and they didn’t or I should say he didn’t but they were all jumping in and out of the truck like nothing is going on in this world right now and then they pulled this huge truck across the whole street and sidewalk so no one could get by
We been helping out this lady who has no legs and is in a wheelchair and had nothing and asked if we can help and have stuff to spare like food and toiletries, thankfully I am able to do so, so I did, told her we would drop it off and keep our distance but she insisted she would charge up her wheelchair and come for a ride and get out and just stay away from us and people
So we said ok and she asked to leave stuff outside so we did
Then these guys pull up and block it all street and sidewalks, Streets are flooded with water and ice ruts and all underneath so it’s slippery as hell and huge snow banks along my street and this poor lady seen this huge truck from a far and had no choice but to go down the back alley so guess where we found her, stuck in the back alley in a rut, when I asked these guys not to put their ramp there as we knew she was coming and again was told to F•CK myself

Left a Facebook review and he had it deleted and or blocked me
Well I wonder why 🤔
Of course on his page I was under attack from his friends and stuff even called a troll
Makes me think 🤔 that probably 90% of his reviews are family & friends

Seems he doesn’t understand that if you are in operation that all BUSINESSES are to INSURE 6 feet between staff and customers at all times
And 3 guys in a single cab is not 6 feet
That’s 3 guys within 6 feet and letting customer come up to the truck not to mention the people walking dogs, getting fresh air then struggling to get by this ramp and truck and stay out of puddles

The whole world has made sacrifices
And this company should abide by the rules and regulations put there for all OUR safety

Buff Moving IS THE NAME OF THE COMPANY
And I can tell you for a fact these guys had ZERO protective gear and anything to protect themselves or customers
Handling people’s goods with no gloves
I know at my work, I can’t even touch a box the same day, must sit for 24 hours first minimal

We hired Buff moving the first time for a transfer to another city. We had two guys and one of them was the owner Jeff. They were top notch. We move a lot because of our work and we have re- hired Jeff and his crew several times since. Jeff has gone out of his way to go the extra miles for us when we through a wrench or two into original plans. We have referred him to others as well. I will always call on Buff moving to move us. They are also super competitive in their pricing. Good movers are hard to come by and great ones are even more difficult. Buff Moving is GREAT! Thankyou Jeff. Only good Karma for you.

As the owner of Buff moving the complaint at the top is counterfeit !!!
We're never late and I have over three hundred feet of floor protection and more than enough furniture protection on my truck. This person complaining won't even state their name and this matter has never come to my attention or this damaged floor that their taking about would've been fixed !!! More than likely another moving companies owner struggling to get work for they're no good.

I hired theys guys and it was not all they said .first late one guy smelled of dope they had nothing to protect my floors ...witch cost me 300 to fix the gouges in my wooden floor .. and he refused to move some of my things he claimed they where not on the list i gave him YOU CALL THAT SERVICES. .... WON'T BE USING THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN EVEN PUT A COMPLAIN IN WITH BETTER bissiness

Loved these guys!!!Got the job done really fast and made the very stressful job of moving alot less stressful!!!Would definitely hire them again and recommend them to everyone!! :)
