Stuck on the side of the road? Call Prestige Towing. Got a flat tire and didn't have a spare with me, called a bunch of towing companies in Ottawa and found it difficult to find a good service. Most places were extremely expensive and they lacked customer service. On top of that they were not upfront on how long I would have to wait to have a tow truck arrive. Many said a few hours! I called Prestige Towing last and they were very friendly and had a technician at my vehicle in five minutes as the driver was in the area. They usually guarantee a 30 min arrival time so they are use to arriving fast and offering same day service. Price was reasonable and the towing technician was very friendly.
