I RENTED A STEP DECK FROM THESE GUYS AND THE DEAL WAS A SINGLE MONTHLY PAYMENT AND NO MILEAGE, WELL TURNS OUT THAT WAS NOT THE CASE SO I WAS FORCED TO PAY FOR MILEAGE AS WELL SO I RETURNED THEIR WORN OUT PIECE OF CRAP THAT THEY NEVER MAINTAINED AND BOUGHT MY OWN
Started renting a trailer from these guys and thought it would be OK, First trailer I picked up I needed to immediately repair the lights, no problem, stopped to check the brakes as it wasn't braking well and not one of the three axles were even close to being DOT legal.
Next we stopped into pay our invoice and the guy we paid beat us to the bank for $600.00, wow I thought, must be really needing the money, then we got an invoice, the only one after receiving the first one and the guy calls and comes by to pick up a cheque, no problem but he treated me like shit so I post dated the cheque two days out just for the sake of doing it and guess what?? this guy headed right to the bank and lied to the teller and someway got the cheque certified and then gloated about it, cost the teller a real issue with the bank and being reprimanded as she listened to this guys outright lies, must be really needing the money really bad, then he tells the guy in Calgary I dated the cheque wrong but I didn't as this guy was such a jerk I told him prior to making the cheque out I was going to post date it and when I handed it to him once again I told him the cheque was post dated, then I ask him for a receipt for the trailer rent payment which I do not have yet and a final invoice for what might still be outstanding and he won't provide it so how do we pay the balance if anything is owed to these guys??? Now we need to retain a Lawyer to get a Court Order to see how much might be outstanding as we pay our bills as they come in, time passed and no invoice so what would you do?? wait for the invoice and then pay it. Seems these guys are far from honest and I do know they do not maintain their trailers as from personnel experience, not once did they ask for any follow up as to whether their trailer was being serviced or to have it brought in for a service, I would never deal with such a bunch again, desperate for money obviously, very dishonest and do not mail invoices regularly and treat you like a piece of shit and they lie like I have never experienced. I would not recommend darkening their door as you will get lied to and cheated.
