This place is scary, dumpy and not run well. The reviews about customer service are all lies. There is no service if they ever even answer the phone. The owner actually put up a sign on one of his properties with all the personal information of a customer that was late. Unreal.

My things are safe and dry. The staff is helpful, and they even used their truck and trailer to help me move in, and didn't charge me anything. They are closed on the weekend, but they have an after hours attendant who came down and rented me a unit on a Sunday, and like I said, helped me move. They loose a star for yard maintenance, as I do agree with some other reviewers that it could be kept tidier. They were however quite a bit cheaper.

I looked at several different units on the compound and I thought they were all nice. The owner advised me on what he thought was the best option (it wasn't the most expensive) and he was right.

What most impressed me was how accommodating the owner was - it was WELL beyond what I had expected! Security is taken seriously and I am comfortable leaving my stuff there.
