Never had an issue
I am currently and have been a tenant of Kevins for 4 or 5 years now and I have never had any problem's with kevin at all. Im surprised to read some of the reviews on here, as the picture being painted is not the person I know whatsoever.
Kevin has always seen to any problems I've had in a very timely manor, and when I went overseas for a few weeks even had a complete reno of our bathroom completed by the time we got back.
I've never felt abused or threatened by Kevin at all, and in fact its been a breath of fresh air compared to some of the other landlords that I've had to deal with in the past.
I've read that he's threatened to call the dog pound on his former tenants, which surprises me as when I moved into my latest place he waived the pet allowance deposit for a month till I could get my finances in order.
All in all, I've had nothing but a pleasant experience with him, as long as you follow the contract that you sign, and pay your rent on time I cant see why anyone would ever have any problems at all.
If I ever had a need to get a property manager to over see a house of mine, I know Kevin would be the first choice as he takes his job seriously, he's firm, but also fair, and I would know my property is in good hands.

Kevin and Kristina property managers
I first meet Kevin and Kristina 5 years ago when I transferred to Kelowna from the coast. I needed to rent a place and came across their names on a rental site. I have to say, Iā€™m sure glad I did. Kevin found me a place right away. He acted professionally and treated me with the utmost respect. He presented me with a lease and took the time to go over every detail with me. The day I moved in, both he and Kristina met me at the place to welcome me and go over the place to make sure everything was in order. I stayed there for a year, when it came time to move out, he was extremely helpful in assisting me with getting the carpets cleaned and returned my full damage deposit quickly. Since then, I have had the opportunity to Have Kevin and Kristina act as my property managers for a house I have purchased. Their attention to detail is second to none. They arranged all the viewings, wrote up a rental agreement, and again were there to go over the place with the new tenants and ensure the place was in perfect shape for the renters. If not for their outstanding service and professionalism, I doubt I would have gotten full value for my property, or had all my interests looked after. They took the time to make sure all the small details were taken care of. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to either rent a place or have them manage a rental property.

Great for Owners & Good Tenants
I am a realtor in Kelowna and I have had first hand experience with Kevin & Kristina. I referred a client investor to them to manage their duplex and I wouldn't hesitate to send any of my investors to them. They treated my clients with total professionalism and respect right from the beginning. Their job is to manage their property and protect their investment. He has 100% done that. Good tenants will have no problems or complaints with Kevin. It is very important to realize that a big part of Kevin's job is to enforce the tenancy contract on the owners behalf. That is what he is paid to do. If a tenant pays the rent according to the contract and follows the laws regarding noise etc, they will have a good relationship with Kevin. If they don't fulfill their obligations under the tenancy lease, Kevin will take the steps necessary to resolve the problem at his clients direction. It is very difficult to evict a tenant. There has to be clear cause and this usually means the problem has occurred several times. I would suggest the bad reviews are from bad tenants. I am sure a smart person will realize this. So, in conclusion, if you are a property owner and you want a property manager to care about your investment, then Kevin is your man. If you are a good tenant and will pay your rent every month and respect the property you are renting, you will get along great with Kevin.

Irresponsible Renters
I have both rented off of Kevin and worked for Kevin so I have definetly seen the aftermath that people leave behind upon moving. As Kelownagirl stated earlier, these people have clearly done something to deserve these evictions and they are not sharing that side of the story with you. I have no idea why these people feel the need to blast someone for doing his job when clearly they were in the wrong to begin with. I would defiantly recommend hiring them as they are very good at what they do. For people reading this, don't let a few sour grapes get in the way of finding a great property management team

Don't Believe Everthing You Read Onlin
Kevin Cheale with Re/Max has been my property manager for a few years now. He looks after a home my husband owns in Peachland as well as Kelowna. 5 Stars across the board for Kevin & Kristina. They have to put up with renters who make horrible comments like below, and these people have clearly done something to deserve an eviction, and then blast Kevin for doing his job. I don't know how he does it. If anyone out there wants a good, fair, honest Property Manager to rent a condo or house from, call Kevin & Kristina. If you own a home that you want to rent out, trust Kevin & Kristina to do it as nobody cares more about our investment properties then these two and nobody will work harder to get rid of problem tenants like we recently had. Keep up the good work Kristina and Kevin, your hard work does not go unnoticed and we appreciate what you do for us and our properties.
